Senior Sales Professional for Public Sector Accounts

Role Overview
As a Senior Sales Professional for Public Sector Accounts at Salesforce, Inc., you will be responsible for engaging with existing customers and new leads to sell the entire Salesforce Customer 360 platform. You will build positive relationships with key team members and C-suite decision makers within your assigned territory and help public sector organizations realize value from their Salesforce investments.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned public sector accounts
- Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned with public sector business objectives
- Lead the end-to-end sales process through the engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, etc.
- Territory identification and research, to formalize a go-to-market territory strategy and create a qualified target account list within 30 days
- Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers
- Drive growth within an existing assigned account

Required Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
- Strong technology sales experience (5 to 10 years preferably in Software or in Business Applications) selling to the public sector
- Solid sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement in the Spanish market
- Successful history of net new business sales
- A background in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing of new business
- Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
- A hunter mentality with a proven track record of seeking out and closing new business opportunities
- Proficient in Spanish and English

Salary Estimate:
The estimated salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
