About the RoleWe seek a highly skilled Sales Business Development Director for our Public Sector team in Spain. In this role, you will drive new business development within assigned territories, managing existing accounts and leading cross-functional teams. Your focus will be on selling our world-class software products, solutions, and services to current and prospective clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve total software revenue targets and manage business objectives
- Manage and grow existing sets of accounts within the Public sector
- Develop strategic plans to identify areas for further growth and execute them
- Generate new business through strategic-based selling and relationship management with customers
- Sell software, solutions, and services to current and prospective customers, working with other sales/pre-sales/domain personnel to position and leverage sales opportunities
- Experience in selling complex software solutions and services to both business owners and IT stakeholders
- Proven ability to analyze and evaluate territory dynamics and develop a sales plan
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of analytics solutions and/or Cloud and services preferred but not essential
