Senior Sales Executive - Partnerships

We are seeking a skilled Senior Sales Executive to join our Partnerships Team at Ebury in Madrid. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and partner management, with experience working with financial institutions and real estate companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and recruit new partners for our expanding solutions.
  • On-board new partners across financial institutions, professional services, and real estate companies.
  • Report on progress against plan and ensure agreed targets are met.
  • Expand existing business and provide feedback to technology and product managers.
  • Support the Ebury client relationship culture through ongoing customer contact and quality customer service.
Requirements:
  • 2-3+ years sales and/or partner management experience in a B2B financial services organization.
  • Experience working with a network of affiliates, such as real estate companies and law firms, to offer FX and payment solutions.
  • Business/finance academic background is ideal.
Desirable Skills:
  • Fluent Spanish and business-level English.
  • Proven ability to bring passion, energy, and motivation to a sales organization.
  • Skilled negotiator, able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, self-starter, with an understanding of the psychology of sales and the sales process.
