About the RoleThis Senior Sales Manager position involves developing and implementing powerful sales strategies to acquire high-risk clients within gaming and related industries. You will be responsible for:
- Sales Strategy Execution: Design and execute effective sales plans to secure new clients and expand existing relationships.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster long-term partnerships with key decision-makers, providing exceptional service and delivering tangible value.
- Business Development Networking: Represent Wibit Consulting & Services at industry events to increase brand visibility and expand business opportunities.
- Sales Cycle Management: Oversee every stage of the sales process, from lead generation and qualification to deal closure and client onboarding.
- Internal Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless, tailored service delivery to high-risk clients.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and oral).
- Industry Expertise: Minimum of 3 years in sales/business development within high-risk fields such as gaming, betting, or crypto.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to exceed sales targets and manage complex, high-stakes client relationships.
- Technical Know-How: Understanding of payment processing and blockchain technology, especially in high-risk sectors.
- Professional Skills: Strong negotiation and networking abilities, with self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset.
