About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to join our high-performing team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to drive business growth, expand our reach, and make a lasting impact in high-risk verticals such as gaming, betting, and crypto.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at acquiring high-risk clients and building long-lasting relationships.
  • Expand Reach: Represent Cross Border Talents at industry events worldwide, leveraging networking opportunities to increase brand visibility and business growth.
  • Manage Sales Cycle: Oversee the entire process from prospecting to closing, ensuring seamless onboarding for new clients in high-risk sectors.
  • Collaborate Internally: Work closely with internal teams to ensure clients receive top-tier service, aligning delivery with client expectations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales/business development in high-risk industries (gaming, crypto, betting, etc.), with a record of achieving or surpassing sales goals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of payment processing challenges and familiarity with crypto solutions and blockchain technology.
  • Skills: Strong communicator and negotiator with the ability to build and maintain networks in high-risk verticals.
  • Travel Ready: Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients, attend conferences, and participate in global events.
