Job Overview: As a Revenue Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive strategies aligned with business objectives and market dynamics to drive sustainable revenue growth within our Business Unit (BU). This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution and alignment with overall business strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement RGM strategies to drive revenue growth within the BU
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align RGM initiatives with overall business strategies
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to track RGM performance
  • Collaborate with global RGM leaders and RGM leaders from other business units to drive operational excellence and foster a culture of continuous learning

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement data-driven strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of pricing strategy, trade promo planning, and category management
