Vehicle Support Expertise Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced customer support agent to join our team at the Bosch Group, specializing in vehicle technology.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional support to customers on various vehicle-related topics, including product portfolio, technical issues, and IoT technology usage.
  • Communicate effectively with clients through multiple channels, ensuring timely and professional responses to their inquiries.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer queries and address concerns in a courteous and empathetic manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve excellent customer service standards and contribute to the success of our project.

Key Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a technical environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic team.
  • C2 level in Danish, with fluency in English.
  • Tech-savviness and analytical thinking.

Salary and Benefits:
