The Knot Worldwide is a leading wedding planning and registry company, offering a comprehensive platform for couples to plan their special day. We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team, supporting the French market.
**Job Description:**
We are looking for a proactive and empathetic individual who can provide exceptional customer service, manage multiple priorities, and navigate complex situations with ease. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Customer Service: Providing personalized support, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Phone and Email Assistance: Guiding clients through our portal, processing additional campaign products, and liaising with other departments to resolve customer-related issues
- Payment Management: Claiming debts, negotiating payments, and managing administrative functions associated with the role
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Native French speaker with fluency in English, both oral and written
- Experience in customer support (at least 2 years)
- Excellent communication skills
- Negotiation and retention skills
- Microsoft Office tool proficiency and global internet knowledge
