Your future role as a Technical Support Specialist for Smart Home Devices will be to provide exceptional customer support, adapting the brand's voice and tone across various channels. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media, ensuring timely and accurate solutions while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support to customers via multiple communication channels
- Documenting relevant case information for efficient issue resolution
- Collaborating with colleagues in a multicultural team environment to achieve excellent customer satisfaction
You will thrive in this role if you possess:
- A native French speaker with a good level of English proficiency
- Experience in technical troubleshooting, preferably with at least one year of experience
- Motivation and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- The ability to communicate effectively in French, both verbally and in writing
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, enabling seamless collaboration with colleagues from diverse nationalities
As a Technical Support Specialist, you can expect:
- A competitive salary package, including a gross monthly income of €830 plus a language bonus of €120 and a performance bonus of up to €100
