Technical Support Specialist for Streaming Platform in Lisbon

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Blu Selection team in Lisbon. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our streaming platform users.
About the Role:
- Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding different queries related to software functionality and technical issues.
- Provide accurate and real-time responses to viewer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Foster strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot system configurations and network settings.
Requirements:
- You must be a native French speaker with an advanced level of English.
- Proven track record of reliability, adaptability, fast learning, and excellent communication skills.
- Prior experience in Customer Service is highly advantageous.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of 890€ per month (14 times a year) + a performance bonus of 100€ gross per month.
- A paid and recognized training program to enhance your skills.
- A meal allowance of 7.23€ per workday.
- For remote employees: reimbursement up to 400€ for initial flight tickets after six months, plus accommodation in a shared flat provided by the company (rental fees apply).
