Technical Support Specialist for Lighting Products in Lisbon with International Perspective

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, responsible for providing exceptional support to customers for lighting products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and document relevant case information
- Provide assistance via phone, email, and social media channels
- Adapt brand voice and tone for interactions on various channels
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction through friendly responses
Requirements:
- Native French speaker with good English skills
- Available for a job opportunity abroad
- Motivated and committed to work
- Ability to write in French
- Team player willing to work with diverse nationalities
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: 890€ gross/month ( approx. 11,880€/year)
- Rotating shifts Monday to Saturday, 7 am to 7 pm
- Performance bonus up to 100€/month
- Meal vouchers 7.23€/workday
- Reimbursement of some transportation costs
- Private Health Insurance and dental plan after six months
- Initial flight ticket reimbursement (up to 400€) if living outside Portugal
- Four months' accommodation in a shared flat provided by the company if living outside Portugal
