Salary
We offer a competitive salary of €11,370 per annum (€830 gross/month) plus a language bonus of €1,440 per annum (€120 gross/month), with opportunities for performance bonuses up to €12,000 per annum.
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support professional to join our team in Lisbon. As a Technical Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and social media channels. You will work closely with customers to resolve technical issues, document case information, and adapt the brand's voice and tone for interactions on various channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A native French speaker with a good level of English
- At least one year of experience in technical troubleshooting
- Motivation and commitment to your work
- No difficulties with writing in French
Benefits

* CDI contract with a 3-month trial period
* Rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 10 pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 8 am to 5 pm (with two days off per week)

* Reimbursement of some transportation costs
* Private Health Insurance and dental plan (after six months)
* If living outside Portugal, reimbursement of initial flight ticket after four months and four months of accommodation in a shared flat provided by the company (rental fee to pay)
