Technical Support Specialist for POS Devices

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Nordic Customer Care team as a Technical Support Specialist for POS devices. Company OverviewOur client is a leading company that provides technology for electronic payment transactions. Their products are POS electronic payment devices with their own operating systems, security, and encryption software, and certified payment software. As a member of our team, you will collaborate with experienced professionals who truly understand commerce and strive to create powerful customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Primary Point of Contact: You'll be the first point of contact for customer and client requests.
- Inbound Calls: Answer inquiries from retailers, merchants, and shop owners related to their POS devices.
- Troubleshooting: Discover and troubleshoot issues, guiding customers toward desired outcomes.
- Timely Issue Resolution: Resolve issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Danish and very good use of English (both written and spoken).
- Customer Support Experience: Prior work experience in a customer support role is advantageous.
- Communication and Problem-Solving: Exceptional communication skills, soft skills, and a problem-solving mentality.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Android OS, advanced PC skills, and a willingness to learn.
- Competitive monthly salary (approx. €3,500 - €4,500) + 2 extra salaries per year.
