Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and assistance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide product information and effective technical support through multiple channels (phone and email);
- Offer personalized experiences to customers, efficiently resolving their issues and inquiries while prioritizing customer satisfaction;
- Proactively manage customer expectations;
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system (SalesForce) with relevant information collected during customer service activities;
- Liaise with peers and cross-departmentally to provide comprehensive and researched answers for customers.
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role;
- Fluency in English and French;
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills;
- A willingness to learn new products and technologies and apply knowledge practically;
- The ability to work proactively and reactively, remaining detail-oriented even under pressure;
- Familiarity with CRM systems (such as SalesForce) is an advantage.
