About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at SupportYourApp, a leading provider of outsourced customer support services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences via chat and email.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers through various communication channels
  • Become knowledgeable about our clients' products and services to provide accurate solutions
  • Analyze and resolve complex customer issues in a professional manner
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Native fluency in German and English (B2 level)
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A strong passion for technology and customer satisfaction
