Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers by qualified leads, closing deals at the appropriate budget agreed upon, and up-selling these if the potential is there.

You will develop sales strategies aimed at optimizing and improving customer sales and profit margins. To succeed in this role, you must understand the customer's requirements and objectives, and match potential solutions and strategies.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Native level of Spanish
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
  • 6 months of experience in a sales environment
  • A team player with problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of €25,000 per year, plus a referral program that rewards employees for bringing in new talent. This is a full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday) with a hybrid working model in Barcelona. Candidates must be located in the Barcelona area.
