Our Mission

As a Customer Support Specialist for JTI, you will be the primary point of contact for customer requests, representing one of the world's most esteemed companies in the tobacco industry.
Your Responsibilities
• Respond to inquiries about JTI's products via phone calls, emails, and chats, ensuring seamless customer experiences
• Utilize your excellent communication skills to resolve issues as they arise, addressing customers' concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Develop problem-solving skills to turn every customer into a happy one
• Collaborate with the team to provide top-class customer support
Your Qualifications
• Fluency in Serbian
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills
• Previous work experience as a customer support representative is an asset
• Highly developed communication skills and a genuine problem-solving mentality
• Tech-savviness and learning agility
• Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
