Your Responsibilities:
- Provide seamless customer service via phone calls, e-mails, and chats
- Respond to inquiries about JTI's products and resolve issues as they arise in a professional and timely manner
- Turn every customer into a happy customer by addressing their concerns with empathy and solutions
You will bring:
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluency in Serbian
- Very good use of English - both written and spoken language
- Work experience as a customer support/customer care representative is considered an asset
- Highly developed communication skills
- Genuine problem-solving mentality and a deep sense of ownership
- Tech savviness and learning agility
- Positive attitude
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: €30,000 - €35,000 per year (depending on experience)
