Customer Support Expert for Global Travel Company

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Support Expert to join our team at Teleperformance Spain.
About the RoleWe are looking for an empathic and problem-solving individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Support Expert, you will be responsible for understanding and identifying customer needs, listening, responding, and mediating between our international travelers and accommodation suppliers worldwide.
Your primary goal will be to provide a high level of customer service through various communication channels, including email and phone. You will clarify inquiries about services, payment, and technical requirements, provide accurate information, and follow set processes.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken. Fluency in Serbian (C2 level) and advanced English language skills are essential. Additionally, you should possess user-friendly PC skills, particularly with Office 365, CRM Database, and other internal platforms.
