About the Role

As a Customer Service Expert, you will play a vital role in ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information via email and phone. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Listening to and responding to customer concerns, mediating between customers and accommodation suppliers worldwide
  • Clarifying service-related inquiries, payments, and technical requirements, providing precise information and following established processes
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Proficient language skills in Serbian (C2 level) and advanced English
  • Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills
  • Technical skills: Proficient with PC usage, including Office 365, CRM databases, and other internal platforms
  • Mindset: Problem-solving, solution-oriented, positive, and motivated, capable of handling challenging customer issues
