Customer Support Specialist for Theme Parks

Do you want to work in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment?
Talent Search People is looking for a Customer Support Specialist with a Native/High level of Dutch to collaborate with various companies on a project related to theme parks.
You will be responsible for:
- Receiving incoming customer calls, emails, chats, and other inquiries
- Resolving customer demands quickly, efficiently, and professionally
- Providing tailored solutions to meet the needs of users
- Maintaining consistent communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
The ideal candidate should have:
- A Native or High level of Dutch
- Fluency in English
We offer:
- A permanent contract
- A competitive salary: approximately €24,000 per year (based on 12 months) + a monthly bonus of €2,000
