About the Customer Experience Growth Specialist Role"If you're passionate about customer growth and helping businesses succeed, this role at SiteMinder is an excellent opportunity for you. As a trusted advisor, you'll help our customers achieve their goals and maximize their revenue. You'll develop deep product knowledge and guide customers through our products' benefits. Meet KPIs related to revenue expansion and customer adoption scores. Manage your pipeline and performance according to SLAs and KPIs.

What You'll Do"Be a trusted advisor to our customers, helping them achieve their goals and maximize their revenue. Quickly develop rapport with customers over the phone and guide them to adopt our products. Develop deep product knowledge and demonstrate how to optimize our products for the customer's needs. Meet KPIs related to revenue expansion and customer adoption scores. Manage your pipeline and performance to SLAs and KPIs. Provide exceptional customer experiences and grow revenue for our clients. Ensure seamless communication and foster strong relationships with customers from diverse backgrounds. Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement changes that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements""> Have a genuine passion for sales, customer success, and providing great customer experiences. Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can effectively connect with customers from diverse backgrounds. Enjoy a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and thrive on exceeding expectations. Have experience working in a customer-facing role, ideally within the hotel industry or other SAAS business, particularly in customer success, sales, and revenue expansion. High level of English proficiency (French language is a plus).
