The Role
We are seeking a motivated Business Growth Specialist to join our team. This exciting opportunity involves generating new business opportunities by reaching out to international companies in the Netherlands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, establishing relationships, and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Proactively identify and target international companies in the Netherlands that are hiring for various roles.
- Lead Generation: Conduct outreach campaigns via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, etc., to generate leads and establish strong relationships with decision-makers at prospective companies.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with international companies to create a steady stream of recruitment opportunities.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business growth within targeted sectors.
- Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment consultants to ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to client onboarding and recruitment execution.
- Sales Presentations: Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to present our recruitment services, understand their staffing needs, and offer tailored solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a detailed database of prospects and client interactions, tracking progress and reporting on outcomes.
- Networking: Attend industry events and virtual conferences to represent the agency and grow our network of potential clients.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or recruitment, ideally within an international or staffing-focused environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers and establish trust.
- Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and manage a dynamic pipeline.
- Familiarity with customer support, sales, finance, logistics, supply chain, or general administration roles is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus, especially Dutch.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (or equivalent tools).
