About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer service professional who speaks Dutch fluently to provide exceptional support to guests from the Netherlands. As a key member of our guest experience team, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone in a prompt and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking guests, providing accurate information about park attractions, events, and amenities to enhance their experiences and maximize their enjoyment.
  • Assist guests with ticket purchases, reservations, and itinerary planning, ensuring seamless transactions and efficient service delivery.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints with empathy and diplomacy, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

You will also maintain a welcoming and organized work environment, including the cleanliness and tidiness of the plateau. Furthermore, you will stay updated on park policies, procedures, and safety regulations to ensure compliance and promote a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as needed.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and software applications for data entry, ticketing, and reservation management.
