Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Network Team in the South West territory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving network growth by securing new site locations and promoting the benefits of InPost products to independent business operators.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, excellent communication and relationship management skills, and the ability to analyze data to inform sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive network growth in the South West territory by securing new site locations and promoting InPost products to independent business operators.
- Promote InPost services and drive sales pipeline progress from lead qualification to contract negotiation and signing.
- Establish and maintain positive business relationships with landlords, asset managers, and property managers.
- Use analytics tools to guide decision-making and strategy, and analyze territory potential, track sales activities, and produce performance reports.
- A proven track record of success in B2B sales.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- The ability to analyze data to inform sales strategies.
- A winning attitude and growth mindset.
