Sales Executive with Nordic Language Expertise

Are you a driven sales professional looking to take your career to the next level in the corporate travel industry? We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Babel Profiles.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signature, focusing on building strong client relationships during the first year. You will identify and target new clients in the Nordic market through strategic research and prospecting activities, executing outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other channels to engage potential clients across multiple roles.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the sales process from initial contact to contract signature
- Identify and target new clients in the Nordic market
- Execute outbound campaigns to engage potential clients
- Present live demos of the platform to qualified prospects
- Accurately forecast sales revenue
- Work closely with the sales team to optimize the sales process and drive growth
Core Skills:
- At least 1 year in a similar role or 2+ years of experience as a top-performing SDR
- Ability to take ownership of personal performance and outcomes
- Willingness to propose value-driven solutions and continuously seek improvement
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
