Sales Executive with Nordic Language Expertise

Are you a driven sales professional looking to take your career to the next level in the corporate travel industry? We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Babel Profiles, a growing company that helps businesses enhance their travel management through innovative solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signature, focusing on building strong client relationships
  • Identify and target new clients in the Nordic market through strategic research and prospecting activities
  • Execute outbound campaigns via phone and email to engage potential clients across multiple roles
  • Present live demos of our platform to qualified prospects, leading the negotiation process from initial demo to contract finalization
  • Accurately forecast sales revenue, providing visibility into your deal pipeline and key metrics

Key Requirements:

  • At least 1 year in a similar role or 2+ years of experience as a top-performing SDR
  • Ability to take ownership of personal performance and outcomes
  • Willingness to propose value-driven solutions and continuously seek improvement
