About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our growing corporate travel solutions company in Barcelona.

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to contribute to the continued growth and success of our sales team. With a strong focus on sustainability and technology-driven services, we help businesses enhance their travel management through dynamic, forward-thinking solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our client base in the Nordic market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities through research and prospecting activities, leveraging your expertise in Greek language and culture.
  • Present live demos of our platform to qualified prospects, navigating the negotiation process from initial demo to contract finalization.
  • Forecast sales revenue accurately, providing visibility into your deal pipeline and key metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Native level of Greek language proficiency.
  • Full Professional level of English language skills.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales role or 2+ years of experience as a top-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR).
  • Ability to take ownership of personal performance and outcomes, driving results-oriented behavior.
  • Willingness to propose value-driven solutions and continuously seek improvement, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities, adapting to new challenges and opportunities.
What We Offer
  • A permanent contract with a competitive salary range of €45,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A flexible working policy with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote work, allowing you to balance your work-life balance.
