Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Representative with fluency in German to join our dynamic team at Eco Plus Solutions in Barcelona.

About the Role:

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering customized solutions to drive sales. Your excellent communication skills and fluency in German will enable you to effectively engage with customers and promote our range of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients, build strong relationships, and understand their needs.
  • Present and promote our products and services to prospective customers, highlighting key benefits and unique features.
  • Manage your sales pipeline effectively, follow up on leads, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities, identify new sales opportunities, and provide strategic insights to the team.
  • Deliver outstanding post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German: Native or near-native proficiency is essential.
  • Proficient in English: B2 level English proficiency is required for effective communication with international colleagues and customers.
  • Sales Enthusiasm: A passion for sales and drive to achieve and exceed targets and goals.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage and persuade customers.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn about our products and services.
