Job Title: Collections Specialist with German Language Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Collections Specialist to join our team at Talent Search People. This individual will be responsible for providing comprehensive Collection and Sales Support services to assigned countries, leveraging their expertise in the collections process and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in assigned countries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of collection issues.
  • Utilize knowledge of the collections process and accounts receivable to identify and resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of collection strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in collections and customer service.
Requirements:
  • Native level of German language proficiency.
  • Excellent English or Spanish language skills.
  • Demonstrated effective customer service skills, with 1-2 years of experience in collections and customer service.
  • Accounts Receivable knowledge and experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of bank products and payment methods, including Letters of Credit, bank guarantees, direct debits, credit cards, Bill of Exchange, Drafts, RIBA, and Cheques.
  • Strong business writing and professional communication skills.
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • High negotiation skills with business sales reps and interface with senior management.
