  • Sales Assistance: Assist customers in choosing the most suitable options based on their needs and budget, upselling additional services or amenities where appropriate.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, including boat types, facilities, and promotional offers, to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and customer-oriented approach.
  • Solution and result-driven person.
  • Flexible, easygoing, and adaptable team player with a positive 'can-do attitude'.
  • Fluent in English and a native (or near-native with C1 level) German language.
