About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Specialist with German language expertise to join our Advertiser Success Team (AST) at Amazon. As an Account Specialist, you will work closely with advertisers to help them meet their advertising goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize end-to-end ad campaign performance to fulfill advertiser goals
  • Monitor and communicate campaign progress through regular activity reports and data insights
  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to solve issues blocking advertiser performance and improve advertiser experience
  • Provide education to advertisers on Amazon Advertising products and services
  • Respond promptly and accurately to advertiser queries and help resolve issues with campaigns
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and/or 6 months related work experience
  • B2+ fluency in English and German (writing, reading, speaking, and communication)
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years experience in online advertising, sales, marketing, and/or e-commerce space
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Digital Advertising, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience with managing global clients and owning their performance goals
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
