About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Specialist to join our Advertiser Success Team (AST) in Barcelona. As an Account Specialist, you will work with a portfolio of advertiser accounts and be responsible for helping them meet their advertising goals via opportunity identification, account optimization, and creating new sponsored ads campaigns.

You will work closely with our international team to provide strategic support across all advertiser life cycles, from onboarding to managed optimization. Your expertise in Amazon solutions and adaptability to advertiser needs will be key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize end-to-end ad campaign performance that fulfills advertiser goals
  • Monitor and communicate campaign progress through regular, in-depth activity reports and data insights
  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to solve issues blocking advertiser performance and improve advertiser experience
  • Provide education to Advertisers on Amazon Advertising products via 1:1 programs and online trainings
  • Respond promptly and accurately to advertiser queries and help them resolve issues with regards to their campaigns
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree and/or 6 months related work experience
  • B2+ fluency in English and German (in respect to writing, reading, speaking and communication)
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Access, Excel, Power Point and Word)
