Account Specialist with French Language Expertise

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Specialist with expertise in French language to join our Advertiser Success Team (AST) at Amazon. As an Account Specialist, you will work closely with advertisers to help them meet their advertising goals through opportunity identification, account optimization, and campaign creation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with a portfolio of advertiser accounts to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Collaborate with advertisers to create and implement effective advertising campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to provide data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Communicate campaign progress and results to advertisers through regular reports and updates
  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to solve issues and improve advertiser experience
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and/or 6 months related work experience
  • B2+ fluency in English and French (writing, reading, speaking, and communication)
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years experience in online advertising, sales, marketing, and/or e-commerce space
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Digital Advertising, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience with managing global clients and owning their performance goals
  • Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
