About the Role

This position is an exciting opportunity to join Amazon's Advertiser Success Team (AST) as an Account Specialist with French language expertise. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with advertisers to help them meet their advertising goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with a portfolio of advertiser accounts to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Provide strategic support to advertisers to help them achieve their advertising goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve issues blocking advertiser performance and improve advertiser experience
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize ad campaigns and improve ROI
  • Provide education and training to advertisers on Amazon Advertising products and features
About the Team

The Advertiser Success Team (AST) is a dynamic and international team that supports Amazon's worldwide advertisers in meeting their advertising goals. We are passionate about delivering exceptional results and providing strategic support to our advertisers.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and/or 6 months related work experience
  • B2+ fluency in English and French (in respect to writing, reading, speaking and communication)
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Access, Excel, Power Point and Word)
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years experience in the online advertising, sales, marketing, and/or e-commerce space
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Digital Advertising, Marketing, Business or related field
  • Experience within EU Student Programs Teams or business internships
