LSA Account Manager with French Language Expertise

Teleperformance, a leading business process outsourcing company, is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an LSA Account Manager with French language expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with active clients to set up and optimize their LSA accounts.
- Provide exceptional support, including answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance on best practices to ensure seamless account management.
- Identify and resolve any account-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest guidelines and optimize client profiles accordingly.
- Communicate changes in the product to clients to drive high adoption rates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong understanding of Local Services Ads and their applications.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- At least two of the last three quarters on target, with a minimum tenure of nine months in a current role.
- Full professional proficiency or native-level French, and fluency in English.
