**Job Summary**
Teleperformance Spain is seeking a highly skilled Lsa Account Manager with French to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
**Responsibilities:**
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, including answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and offering best practices.
- Identify and resolve any issues that may arise with client accounts.
- Optimize client profiles based on the latest guidelines.
- Communicate changes in our products to achieve high adoption among our portfolio.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong understanding of Local Services Ads.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience with Salesforce and other CRM systems.
- At least 2 of the last 3 quarters on target.
- Minimum tenure of 9 months in your current role.
- Full professional proficiency or native level of French, and fluency in English.
