Job Responsibilities

As an LSA Account Manager with French proficiency, you will be responsible for:

  • Reaching out to active clients to help them set up their LSA accounts
  • Providing ongoing support, including answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on best practices
  • Identifying and resolving any issues that may arise with accounts
  • Optimizing profiles based on the latest guidelines
  • Communicating changes in the product to achieve high adoption among the portfolio
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or practical experience
  • A strong understanding of Local Services Ads
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Experience with Salesforce and other CRM systems
  • At least 2 of the last 3 quarters on target
  • Minimum tenure of 9 months in your current role
  • Full professional proficiency or native level of French, and fluency in English
