About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled LSA Account Manager with strong French language proficiency to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for reaching out to active clients, setting up their LSA accounts, and providing ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure seamless account management
  • Provide expert guidance on Local Services Ads and optimize profiles based on best practices
  • Identify and resolve any issues that may arise with accounts, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Communicate changes in the product to achieve high adoption among the portfolio
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong understanding of Local Services Ads and their applications
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in Salesforce and other CRM systems
  • At least 2 of the last 3 quarters on target, with a minimum tenure of 9 months in your current role
  • Full professional proficiency or native level of French, and fluency in English
