Job Title: Account Health Support Specialist with French Language Expertise
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Health Support Specialist with expertise in French language to join our team at Engineeringuk. As an Account Health Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and compliance of our sellers on the Amazon marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sellers in resolving issues via phone and email channels
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and emails
- Investigate root causes of account health-related issues and provide viable solutions
- Identify seller needs, clarify information, and provide solutions
- Exemplify Amazon's Leadership Principles, including Customer Obsession and delivering exceptional customer care
- Build sustainable relationships with customers and provide support
- Document all seller interactions and information according to standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to resolve issues
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience providing support and service to customers
- Proficiency in French language (C1 level)
- Intermediate competency with Windows, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to use online communication and collaboration tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening skills and ability to demonstrate empathy
- Prior contact center experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to multitask and handle phone, chats, and email contacts
