Account Health Support Specialist with French Language Expertise

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Health Support Specialist with French language proficiency to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to Amazon sellers via phone and email, ensuring their compliance with Amazon policies and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Amazon sellers in resolving account health-related issues via phone and email
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and emails, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Investigate and resolve complex issues, providing clear and concise solutions to sellers
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to ensure seamless support to sellers
- Document all interactions and information according to standard operating procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field
