Account Health Support Specialist with Multilingual Expertise

At Engineeringuk, we are seeking a highly skilled Account Health Support Specialist to join our team. As an Account Health Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and compliance of our Amazon sellers.
Key Responsibilities:
Support sellers in resolving account health-related issues via phone and email
Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and emails
Investigate and resolve account health issues using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Provide solutions to sellers and proactively identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in three languages, including English and Swedish (C1 level)
Intermediate competency with Windows, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous contact center experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong customer focus and ability to adapt to change
