Account Health Support Specialist with Portuguese Language Expertise

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Account Health Support Specialist with expertise in the Portuguese language to join our team at Engineeringuk. As an Account Health Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their accounts are healthy and compliant with our policies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide phone and email support to clients in Portuguese, resolving issues and answering questions related to account health and compliance
* Investigate and resolve complex account-related issues, working closely with internal stakeholders to find solutions
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing proactive support and guidance to ensure their success
* Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless customer experiences
Requirements:
* Fluency in Portuguese and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center environment
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
