Job Title: Account Health Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Account Health Support Specialist to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our Account Health Support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our business partners, ensuring their compliance with Amazon policies and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class support to Sellers selling on the Amazon platform, ensuring their compliance with Amazon policies and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Act as the primary interface between Amazon and our business partners, providing solutions to help them better serve their customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative self-help tools and processes to improve Seller experience.
  • Utilize advanced software tools to navigate Seller accounts, research and review policies, and communicate effective solutions to customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Sellers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction with Amazon's services.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Portuguese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate competency with Windows, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, with the ability to use online communication and collaboration tools with ease.
  • Excellent listening skills, with the ability to demonstrate empathy and willingness to help.
  • Prior contact center experience is highly desirable, but not required.
