Job Title: Account Health Support Specialist

At Engineeringuk, we are seeking a highly skilled Account Health Support Specialist to join our team. As an Account Health Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, ensuring their accounts are healthy and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Amazon's Selling Partners to resolve any incoming issues via phone and email
  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and emails
  • Investigate and resolve account health-related issues
  • Identify and clarify customer needs, research issues, and provide solutions
  • Exemplify Amazon's Leadership Principles, including Customer Obsession and delivering exceptional customer care
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience providing support and service to customers
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
  • Intermediate competency with Windows, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
