Job Title: Account Health Support Specialist with French

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Account Health Support Specialist with French language proficiency to join our team at Engineeringuk. As an Account Health Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our Amazon sellers by providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Amazon sellers in resolving issues via phone and email
  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and emails
  • Investigate and resolve account health-related issues
  • Identify seller needs and provide solutions
  • Exemplify Amazon's Leadership Principles, including Customer Obsession
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers
  • Document all seller interactions and information
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or support
  • Proficiency in English and French (C1 level)
  • Intermediate competency with Windows, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills and empathy
  • Prior contact center experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple contacts simultaneously
