Job Title: Account Health Support Specialist with Turkish

At Engineeringuk, we are seeking a highly skilled Account Health Support Specialist with expertise in Turkish to join our team. As a key member of our Account Health Support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our Selling Partners by providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Amazon's Selling Partners by resolving issues via phone and email
  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and emails
  • Investigate and resolve Account Health-related issues
  • Identify Seller needs and provide solutions
  • Exemplify Amazon's Leadership Principles, including Customer Obsession
Requirements:
  • Fluent in English and Turkish
  • Intermediate competency with Windows, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to analyze problems logically
  • Self-disciplined, diligent, proactive, and detail-oriented
