About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Account Health Support Specialist to join our team at Amazon. As an Account Health Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our third-party Sellers by providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Amazon's Selling Partners to resolve any incoming issues via phone and email
  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and emails
  • Investigate and resolve Account Health-related issues
  • Identify Seller needs and provide solutions
  • Exemplify Amazon's Leadership Principles, including Customer Obsession
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers
  • Document all Seller interactions and information
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience providing support and service to customers
  • Language proficiency (C1 level) in English and another language
  • Intermediate competency with Windows, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to use online communication and collaboration tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to demonstrate empathy
  • Prior contact center experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple contacts simultaneously
