About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Account Health Support Specialist to join our team at Amazon. As an Account Health Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our Selling Partners by providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Amazon's Selling Partners in resolving issues via phone and email
  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and emails
  • Investigate and resolve Account Health-related issues
  • Provide solutions to Sellers and ensure they are compliant with Amazon policies
  • Exemplify Amazon's Leadership Principles, including Customer Obsession and Leadership
  • Build sustainable relationships with Sellers and provide exceptional customer care
  • Document all Seller interactions and information according to standard operating procedures
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to achieve productivity and quality performance goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience providing support and service to customers
  • Proficiency in English and another language (C1 level)
  • Intermediate competency with Windows, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to use online communication and collaboration tools
