Job Title: Account Health Support Specialist With French

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Amazon's selling partners in resolving issues via phone and email
  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and emails
  • Investigate root causes of account health-related issues and provide viable solutions
  • Identify sellers' needs, clarify information, and research every issue to provide solutions
  • Exemplify Amazon's Leadership Principles, including Customer Obsession, by consistently displaying empathy and passion for our customers
